Guys,
I am in market for new home but the price seems to skyrocket. Whats your opinion on San Diego market as I have been waiting for a nice deal for last two years and it seems price only going up. Recently our rent also increased. I am wondering how some one with one income can live a good life in San Diego area.

Hi Jay
This has been the most profound dilemma of most young families in California. Should you wait or just jump into the housing market. Yes affordability is tight. However if you look carefully you may find good neighborhoods, suburbs in San Diego where home prices are reasonable and you and you may be able to find a home in your budget even on single income.
