We are from Hyderabad, India. Moving to Torrey hills Apartments or Torrey Gardens Apartmetns in Carmel Valley. We have 2 small kids 5 and 2 year old. Looking for some friends in Torrey hills and Torrey Gardens. We will pick one of the above apartments based on replies, we prefer to have some Indian kids and parents around for walking to Torrey Hill Elementary School and parks for kids play.
