Hi everyone
I bet we all plan on starting a fitness schedule to lose those extra pounds. While some of dont get started, and others who do might fall off eventually because of lack of company and motivation.
I am looking to start a walking group of females in mira mesa. The plan is to meet atleast thrice a week and help each other on this fitness journey. We can share tips and motivate each other.
