Moving To Sd...need Input On Areas To Live In San Diego Desi Discussion Board San Diego Indian Desi Community

Hello! We are moving to SD in a month and need to finalize an area soon. Work will be in Oceanside and since we need a good elementary AND middle school, my research for the northern areas, shows Carmel Valley, Del Mar, and Solana Beach.

Are these areas very different from each other?
What are the pros and cons?
Do any of these areas have more or less of an indian community?
Are there other areas I should look at? (I've checked Poway, but the drive to work will be too much)
