Me and my family will be moving to San Diego next month. My husband's office is in Del Mar area and we want to find some apartment nearby. Are there any Indian neighbourhoods to be found in this area. Please suggest.

Hi....my husband has already moved to san diego and is looking for a house for rent. He went to check torrey villas and he seemed to be quite impressed with it. Distance wise too, its as close to his work place as could be. But the rent is quite high. 2000 $ for 1 bhk... Do u think its really worth it?

Rads, Torrey Villas is actually on the south side of Carmel Valley 92130, Del Mar is 92014 to the west. Torrey Villas is a nice new apartment complex with many nice amenities. 2000 for 1 bed is a bit high however you are paying for a nice newer unit with new amenities. I will have 2 condos come up for rent in Carmel Valley just North of Torrey Villas in an older complex called the Lakes. Both are 2 bedrooms, plus office or 3rd bedroom, 2 bath, clean nice units. $2000. The complex has pool, tennis and convenient to shopping center (with the only Indian food in immediate area). Many Indian families choose to live in Carmel Valley area because of excellent schools and close commute to jobs. Check Craigslist or email me at swindellrealty at gmail. Welcome to San Diego!
