Hi Deepthi,
Welcome to SD.. We had been to esplande to check the apartment.. but both my husband n i didnt like it at all.. the aprts are dingy, the complex looks little shady and their appliances r of very poor quality.. While checking the kitchn some drawers were loose n broken..
We then decided to move to crossroads n r loving it here..great amenities n large community..

In the cross roads I haven't seen any 1bhk apartments ready for lease as of now . If you know any apartment availability please let me know

Here the apartments are always in demand.. You must check during weekdays before thursday.. if u find 1 u must imm block it becoz it goes of the next day
