This is located in Oceanside close to Carlsbad. My office is in carlsbad and i commute abt 2.5 miles from my home. Pretty good apt, i dont have any complaints since we moved here. There are other apts arnd this area. You probably can look for apts at these areas: Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside and Carlsbad. All these are very close to Carlsbad.
Sorry, I dont have any idea about School though. But I have heard from my friends that San Marcos School district is one of the best in north county.
Let me know if you need any other info.

San Dieguito [SD] school district followed by Carlsbad are the best, some parts of Carlsbad fall under [SD]. Santa fe Rancho aparments (760) 943-1146 is in the area. Not sure on other apartments in Carlsbad. May be looking up Carlsbad school boundaries at http://www.carlsbadusd.k12.ca.us/enrl.html
and then search for apartments in apartmentguide.com or rent.com might help

I have not seen any, I live close to it and the school is predominantly caucasian, only couple of Indians including my children. A friend of mine lives in Pacific Rim Carlsbad school district and told me that there are a lot of Indians in Archstone and Seagate apartments http://www.seagatecondorentals.com/

Hi, I live in santa fe ranch apts in carlsbad. My son goes to encinitas school district.he is in 3rd grade.school is very good.but desis are very less.
