Hello,
I'm learning to cook Indian food. I am not accustomed to eating spicy food. Any suggestions for mild and tasty Indian recipes?

There are tons of recipes and hard to tell you which one you will like. Can you be more specific about it e.g. curries - daal - snacks /veg or non-veg / punjabi- south indian - bengali - gujarati.
Best thing is go and try out something at restaurant. If you like it then look online for recipes/videos on that. Or simply get a cooking recipe book.
You can simply reduce the amount of spices (chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper or green/red chilli paste, ginger, onion, garlic) to make it mild.
You might have to try it out 2-3 times before you get it right for your taste buds/

I'll take your advice and go to an Indian restaurant to determine what I like. Thanks again.
