No, no one so far, except you!
We have an 8 yr old son and live in Mission Valley.
There is a Gujarati Association San Diego, but we haven't joined. I know they are having a garba on Oct 9 @ the Convention Center. We have met a few other gujaratis because my husband is a pharmacist and we joined a San Diego Indian Pharmacy Association that was just created last year.
