I just heard about a Summer School program in Carmel Valley, called Gateways Summer School, for students in grades 1 - 12. It was started in 80's by a group of parents who had their childen in the GATE (gifted) program. This was recommended to me by a Mom whose daughter attended last summer. They offer half-day and full-day program during their 2 three-week sessions. Enrollment starts May 5th so hurry if you are interested. I am told it fills up quick.
