Looking for Meat Cutter/Butcher for Namaste Plaza, the Indian Super Market in Mira Mesa, San Diego:
• Provide customers with excellent service
• Cut, pack and prepare meats for display cases
• Maintain, stock and rotate product in display cases
• Track product mix levels to minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, and storage room
• Follow all guidelines and procedures outlined in department: health and safety codes and as set by the Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior meat cutting, trimming and displaying different cuts experience, minimum 1 year
• Ability to safely operate knives, saws, grinders, slicers and tenderizer
• Possess cutlery skills goat, lamb, chicken and fish (cut, slice and filet)
• This position requires judgment, attention to detail and time management detail
