I have an unfurnished room available ready to move-in.
Looking for at least a 6-9 months lease but can discuss other options.
Rent: $950 with closet
Bathroom: Shared bathroom (has dual sink) with another M/roommate.
Utilities included in Rent: Internet, gas/electricity, water/trash/sewer.
If you want a room with your own bath, let me know. Rent will be higher though.
Kitchen: Use of micorwave, Refrigerator. Light cooking ok. I am vegetarian and would prefer no meat cooking. But if you have to then absolutely no beef/pork/fish in the house.
Storage/Furniture: Furniture: Room is currently unfurnished but I can arrange for basic furniture (Bed, Desk, lamp and night stand) if requested 7 days before move-in. Or you can bring your own that fits in your room.
Laundry: In- house.
Parking: Plenty of parking outside
No Smoking / No Pets / No drugs / No 420 / No stay overs/ No Parties in the house
Transportation: Easy Access to I-15 / I-56 - Two exits to Intuit and one exit to Sony, Boradcomm, etc.
MTS bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
Note: Must be serious about COVID-19 rules and practice social distancing, wearking masks, etc. when going outside and practice hygine while in the house.
