Fast growing cosmetics company looking for a talented product developer.
All our sales are currently through online channels (Amazon, Shopify, online ads, etc.). We have excellent cash flow and have been increasing sales by at least 5x every year. (The company is 2 years old now). Right now, we need to add a very strong product developer to our team. Someone who is business savvy and passionate about the industry.
Candidates Must Be:
Must Be Passionate about cosmetics industry
Must possess exceptional product knowledge
Knowledge of organic/ all-natural / herbal / auyrvedic products preferred
And most importantly, amazing knowledge of the customer (what are their wants, what are they looking for in cosmetics)
Duties:
Creating and working with the marketing team to launch new products
Improving current products
Educating the customer service team and marketing team on what makes our products better
Talking to customers directly and reading survey results to figure out what customers like/dislike about the product
Going to Cosmetic trade fairs
