We are a married couple in 30's, looking to rent a room in our house in Rancho Bernardo area (92128). The room (14*12) is big and spacious, has a walk in closet, in the first floor, you will have your own bathroom. The room is fully furnished with bed, table, study, desk , TV. The rent is 1200 with all utilities included. You are free to use the kitchen, living room, BBQ, Patio. We prefer a clean person(preferably female) , working professional .
