JOB DESCRIPTION:
SOFTHQ is hiring for a Legal role who has a high level of integrity; strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to work and think independently, an excellent time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Have basic understanding of H1B fillings and Green cards
Co-ordinate with attorneys and Consultants.
Counseling and assisting students with immigration matters.
Timely fashion of filling Amendments for H1B employees
Assist in hiring employees as well.
US Citizens/H4 EAD/GC and all other parties authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
EXPERIENCE: 6 Months – 3 Years.
