I am looking to rent my fully-furnished apartment for short-term probably 2-months - as I am moving to a short-term project near LA - and I don't want to commute.
Apartment available from March 20th - May ending.

- close to Mira Mesa shopping & Theatre
- Apartment is clean
- hard-wood flooring
Comes with following furniture (if you don't need it - I can move them into storage)
- A full Bed
- Sofa, side tables
- 40-inch TV
- and some knick-knacks

Rent is $1399 + Utilities (as you use them)
Going rate is $1499 (unfurnished) - I have a long-term lease hence my rent is low.
SDGE (usually under $50)
Spectrum (time warner) internet is another $65
No water charges
I don't have cable - you are welcome to add during your stay (on your name).
Need a deposit of $500.
