We are an IT consulting company located in the Mira Mesa Area and are looking are looking for an Dynamic HR recruiter to serve as strategic recruiting partner for recruiting potential candidates.
•Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over phone helping consultants in finding their right career will succeed in this role.
•Attend on-campus and on-site hiring events.
•Respond to prospective and current employee inquiries.
•Willing to travel to Universities in the area and participate in career fairs.
•Oversee training/onboarding needs of new employees.
Requirements
•Good candidate sourcing & screening skills. Ability to match candidate skills & experience to the hiring criteria.
•Good phone presence with English speaking fluency and also ability and willingness to make 30 to 40 calls per day.
•Proficiency in email communications with good writing skills
•Company will provide fixed monthly compensation (DOE) along with stimulating placement incentives.
