Fashion Valley Center is the epitome of excess. You'll find the most and best of everything here from the finest fashions at Saks Fifth Avenue to the most breathtaking pearls at Ehime Pearls.

Fashion Valley Center hosts the most extensive collection of stores and restaurants in the entire region. With six department stores and over 200 distinctive specialty shops it's going to take a while to see it all. If you just happen to be doing a little home improvement, Restoration Hardware is enticing to both men and women and a must see for its one-of-a-kind reproduction hardware and quality furniture.

Specialty stores include Tiffany & Co., Talbots, Gap, Banana Republic, Crate & Barrel and Godiva Chocolatier. Must-shop spots: Banana Republic, Enzo Angiolini, Kenneth Cole of New York, Neiman Marcus, Restoration Hardware (one of our favorites), Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy's, Robinsons May, Smith & Hawken, Tiffany & Co., Victoria's Secret, Z Gallerie.

Nearly two-dozen restaurants, bistros and eateries offer everything from a leisurely meal with wine and cocktails to a quick snack on the fly. This mall seems to have the widest variety of fast food options out of all the malls. You can get anything from sticky buns at Cinnabon to lobster tacos at Rubio's or quench your thirst at Muscle Beach Lemonade. Must-eat places: Cheesecake Factory, Crocodile Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen, Pizzeria Uno Restaurant & Bar, Boudin Sourdough Bakery & Cafe, Nordstrom Cafe.

Squeeze in a movie while you're at it and experience the AMC Fashion Valley 18 Theaters located right in the center of the mall. Eighteen screens with stadium-style seating -- you can't go wrong.
