Hello Friends,

I went through the forum, it is really wonderful and helpful. I need your expert advice on choosing Apartment.

I am landing San Diego on 6th May and have 8 days hotel stay. My office address is Via Del Campo area.

I am preferring to stay in Mira Mesa or nearby areas which is close to my office via public transport and taxis or other means, should have Indian Communities, close to Good Elementary schools, Grocery shops and most importantly safe for family.

Looking for Studio or 1Bed Apartment, for minimum 6 months lease. I am aware Mira Mesa area is costly, but i don't know much other locations which will satisfy above requirements. My budget is between 1.2k to 1.8K USD per month so any insights/leads is highly appreciated.

Considering all above factors, what is average monthly expenses over there?

Sorry for lengthy email, i appreciate your inputs/leads in advance.

Thank You

Sachin G

There are plenty of options available. All of them are located near /on Mira mesa BLVD

1)Legacy Apartments (Rent $1600+) (Very close to transit centre , and freeway)

2)Casa Mira view (Rent $1800+)

3)IMT sorrento Valley (Rent $1700+) (near to sorrenty valley)

4) The casas (Rent $1600+) (near to american grocery, restaurants, indian groceries )

5) Esplanade (Rent $1500+*) (near to indian as well as american grocery stores, fuel station, Masons school at 5mins walkable distance, Bus stop at 1min walking distance, restaurants within 1 mile)

have marked the rent with this (*) as they always have rent specials running , if not , they might have a very good option in a super low price. (That's how we got our 1bhk for $1392/month and at super low deposit of $199)

Regards,
Akanksha
