Hi SD Desi community,

We are kinda new to San Diego and we currently planning to buy a house. After 1 month of grueling experience we have narrowed down to (PQ, 4S Ranch or Del Sur) and we aware of Melo-Roos and HOA in each area.

But here is what our problem is, our parents visit us quite often. They would like a place where there are indian families around so that they can talk to the neighbors or at-least go for a walk, take our kids.

I am sure many of you have been or are in this situation. Please advice me or give your suggestions that can help me in deciding where we buy our house.

My observation so far:
PQ : has many old houses, many have a pool (liability) but could not find many Indians around or we do not know where to look in PQ

4S Ranch / Del Sur: Though we have not checked any houses here, I have heard from many that 4S Ranch has many Idians
