We are looking for a live in hotel manager with customer service experience at our 15 room wellness hotel.
Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, wonderful customer service skills, excellent sales , is in fluent English, is organized and a great team player. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and diligent candidate with a passion for hospitality. We would like a candidate who can help maintain the meditative and peaceful, meditative environment of our retreat hotel. We would prefer someone who is a team player, kind, considerate and has a great work ethic.
You would be working with a team of 2 other members.
The Managers Job:
Guest admin, check in, check out, emails, processing payments, learning front desk system
Food prep.
Working with sales joperationally with sales, guest services, wellness and housekeeping
The ability to market and sell wellness packages for additional commissions
Guest relations, great communications skills and elegant manner with guests is a must
Excellent communication skills and
A guest first attitude - as found in a higher end hotels
Organizational duties and operational duties for the running of a small hotel
Running the hotel daily and weekly, inventory and making sure operations run well.
Coordinating with chef and food packages for guests.
Coordinate with cleaning staff.
Computer savvy and familiarity with hotel reservations
is a plus.
The position is available immediately.
A respect for the sacred nature of our place is a must.
We will offer a private suite for accommodations at the hotel.
A person with hospitality experience is highly preferred and who is able to commit to a long term position. Only serious candidates should apply, we will also require a background check and references.
Salary:
$2500 month plus 5% commisssion of all wellness sold. Plus accomodation.
