A room is available for rent at Costa Verde from April through June 2010.
The room is part of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom air conditioned apartment with a fully furnished kitchen (which includes an electric stove, a refrigerator and a microwave). The rent for the room would be $760 + ~ $40 in utilities(internet, water, electricity etc). It is required that only vegetarian food be cooked in the apartment.
The Costa Verde complex is located near Regents and La Jolla Village Drive. Common facilities include a swimming pool, a spa and a decent gym. The apartment is located close to the bus stop for buses 921, 150, 101 and 41.
