I just moved into a 2Bed/2Bath spacious apt in the Rancho Bernardo area, and I am looking for a roommate to share the house. My apt. is less than a minute from the I-15 and very close to stores and restaurants. I am looking for a roommate, even if it is only for the next 3 months, because the lease runs out on the 31st of March 2010. Thereafter the lease can be renewed if desired. If you are looking for a long term or temporary lease, this is a great apt. The rent would be $700/month and then an equal split of the cable +utils bill. Utils come up to about $60 per month and cable+internet is $100.00 per month. So the divide would be approx $80 per person. The apt has a lovely patio, upgraded appliances and a washer/dryer in the unit itself. The apt complex is called 'The Villas' and is very well maintained.
