The condo is right of the 56 free way & 15 Free way on Black Mountain road and 2 min walk from shopping center which has all the restaurants & Grocery Stores (VONS, RITE AID, CVS Pharmacy).
Your personal bedroom (including closet) and full bath are ready for occupancy starting October 15th.
All utilities (gas, electric, water, Cable TV) are included, the unit has its own washer and dryer, access to the Pool and surroundings and own parking space. The Casablanca Condominium is a very safe community to live with 95% condos privately owned.
