I have a 1 master bedroom/ bath to share in a 2b/2bath apartment at Esprit Villas community, Mira Mesa & Camino ruiz, as I am moving out. Its a close to Qualcomm / UTC. It is available starting Oct 16 until Nov 14th. Then our lease expires and then if you want you can continue staying there by signing a new lease as appropraite for you.
My current roommate is a Male, vegeterian, and a very nice guy. He would prefer someone vegeterian and he is also ok with a non vegeterian as far as you dont cook at home. Also, we have really maintained the apartment very well and its clean. So I will let you decide.
