Inner Engineering – Peak of Well being: Free Introductory Talk
WHAT: This event is a free session that introduces the 7-day Inner engineering yoga program.
ABOUT INNER ENGINEERING:
Inner Engineering program is offered as an intensive program for personal growth establishing the possibility to
explore the higher dimensions of life and offers tools to re-engineer one's self through the inner science of
yoga.
This program offers keys for meaningful and fulfilling relationships at work, home, community, and most
importantly, within one's self. The main focus is in establishing an absolute inner foundation within oneself.
Inner Engineering is a synthesis of holistic sciences to help establish a deep inner foundation. By addressing
this, both physical and mental well being is also addressed. It helps the participants find the necessary balance
between the challenges of a hectic day to day life and the inner longing for peace and well being through the
simple but powerful processes from the yogic sciences.
Program components include guided meditations and transmission of the “Shambhavi Maha Mudra” practice. When
practiced on a regular basis, this science has the potential to enhance one's experience of life on many levels.
